Away We Go

I knew this was going to be good. But this good ? I had no idea. The credits are rolling, the soundtrack still playing and I am sure I have a stupid smile on my face. And I realise since it's a 2009 movie, so most folks would have seen it already. I had been meaning to as well - happy I finally did. :)

It's one of those movies which leave you wanting to put your arms around the world - makes you long for everything and everyone you have ever loved. Makes you want to go easy on your life. Yes, it's a screwed up world, bad things happen to good people everyday and more often than not good things happen to bad people everyday too - there is no justice, no reason and maybe no hope. But it seems you can keep your sanity, your calm, your love by accepting that perhaps there is very little control we have on anything apart from our own actions, and by just choosing to give all you can to the ones around you - friends, family, lovers, co-workers, neighbours and strangers. Maybe it all sounds cliched but maybe its all true. :)
